Integrated Textile Solutions Taps Wallen to Expand Military/Government Business

Integrated Textile Solutions (ITS), a leading provider of cutting, sewing, packaging, and distribution services to the consumer and industrial soft goods industries, has added public sector market specialist Raymond Wallen to its business development team.

With more than 30 years of experience in textile-related product management and sales, Wallen will market the company’s contract product development, production, quality control, and logistics services to OEM and prime suppliers of soft goods to military and government institutions.

“We are pleased to have such a qualified individual in this role”, stated President David Thornhill. “Ray brings the experience and expertise needed to help us build on our already successful military programs. We look forward to his help in aligning our services and expanding sales in this important segment.”

Wallen served in a variety of executive, product management, and sales roles with International Paper Company, Gladwyne Textiles, Bestex, A. Frank & Sons, Consoltex, Donaldson Company, Stedfast USA, and ADS Tactical. In 2009, he founded RLW Associates, a Philadelphia-based firm where he served as an independent product development and sales consultant to manufacturers and government agencies.
