KARL MAYER invites its customers to take part in an innovation show on 25.09.2013
In the half-time between ITMA 2011 in Barcelona and ITMA 2015 in Milan KARL MAYER will be presenting its latest machine developments during an open house event to be held on 25. September. Locations for this event are KARL MAYER’s Development Center in Obertshausen for the Business Unit Warp Knitting and the Factory in Hausen for the Business Unit Warp Preparation.

Already at Shanghaitex in June KARL MAYER had introduced numerous new developments.

In order to be able to present its novelties and other innovations to the entire textile world and especially to the European customers, this textile machinery manufacturer decided to open his doors for a carefully targeted technology demonstration. Besides, the visitors to this event will have the opportunity to see warp-knitted fabrics belonging to the wide-ranging application fields of KARL MAYER’s machines. Registrations for this innovation show are possible via KARL MAYER’s regional agents and sales managers.

Grasim Industries announces fresh investment of ₹3094 Crore to expand Lyocell capacity

Grasim Industries Limited, the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group and a global leader in cellulosic fibres, today announced an investment of ₹3,094 crore, for Phase II Lyocell capacity of 110K TPA at Harihar, Karnataka. This expansion will consist of 2 lines of 55K TPA (150 Tons per day) each. The first line is expected to be commissioned by 2028, and the second line is expected to be commissioned by 2030.
